🚨 Big Compliance Relief from MCA! 🚨

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has launched a one-time relief Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme 2026 for companies to clear pending filings or close down at a massive discount.

🗓 Dates: 15th April 2026 to 15th July 2026.

✅ Key Benefits:

Pending Annual Filings: Pay only 10% of the additional fees.

Company Closure (STK-2): Pay only 25% of the filing fees.

Dormant Status (MSC-1): Pay only 50% of the normal fees.

Immunity: No penalty for delayed filings if done within the scheme window (before or within 30 days of an adjudication notice).

🚫 Exclusions: Does not apply to companies already marked for strike-off by the ROC, vanishing companies, or those already dissolved.

⚠️ Note: Strict action will be taken against defaulting companies that do not avail of this scheme by July 15th.
