Advisory services

The scope and fee of any engagement are confirmed in writing, by proposal or email, before any payment. Applicable GST is charged in addition to the fee.

Delays caused by missing or late information or documents extend the timeline.

An advance is refundable until work starts, and not after. Fees for delivered work are not refundable. Government and portal fees paid to third parties are not refundable.

If a delivery falls short of the agreed scope, we may, at our discretion, re-perform the affected part. This is the only remedy. Our liability is limited as set out below.

No warranty

The website and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available".

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable, whatever the form of claim (contract, negligence, statute or otherwise), for: (a) any loss or inaccuracy of data, loss of use, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of business, revenue, profit or goodwill, even if it was foreseeable; or (b) any amount which, in total, exceeds (i) the fees you paid us for the service to which the claim relates or (ii) if you paid us nothing for it, Rs 1,000.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or cost arising from your breach of these Terms or from data you had no right to share with us.

Changes to the website and services

We may suspend, change or withdraw the website, any tool or any feature at our discretion.

Disputes

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute will be settled by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration is Mumbai and the language is English. The courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction for interim relief.

Changes to these Terms

We post changes on this page with a new effective date. If a change is material and we have your email address, we will tell you by email.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
