The Investor View: Tier-1 VCs (Sequoia, Accel) love Singapore. It operates on English Common Law. If a dispute happens, they know the courts are fair and fast.

The Reality: Corporate tax is 17%, but effective tax is often single digits due to startup exemptions.

The Catch: Hiring foreigners is getting harder (stricter visa quotas), and operational costs are high.

Verdict: Pick Singapore if you need Institutional Trust and plan to raise Series A/B within 24 months.

🇦🇪 Dubai (UAE): The “Cash & Lifestyle” Play

Best For: Agency Owners, Crypto/Web3, Trading, and Bootstrapped Founders.

The Vibe: Flashy, tax-efficient, and lifestyle-focused.

The Investor View: Global VCs are warming up, but many still prefer a Delaware or Singapore “HoldCo” for the actual investment. Dubai is great for operations, less for equity structuring.

The Reality: It is no longer “Zero Tax” blindly. There is a 9% Corporate Tax unless you are in a Free Zone with qualifying income. Banking can be slow without physical office presence.

The Win: The Golden Visa is unmatched. You can hire global talent easily without quota nightmares.

Verdict: Pick Dubai if you are Bootstrapped, want to save tax on dividends, and enjoy a high quality of life.

🇺🇸 USA (Delaware): The “Exit” Play

Best For: Global SaaS, AI, and Deep Tech building for a huge exit.

The Vibe: High compliance, high complexity, infinite ceiling.

The Investor View: If you want money from Silicon Valley, you need a Delaware C-Corp. Period. It is the global standard.

The Reality: You will pay US taxes (Federal + State). You will deal with the IRS. It is expensive to maintain.

The Win: You get access to the deepest capital markets and the highest valuations on earth.
Verdict: Pick the US if you are building a Unicorn and your primary market is North America.
